Suzune wakes up in a factory-like enclosed space. She must have been kidnapped and imprisoned by someone after the all-out fight at the Kito Zaibatsu Research Institute. 鈴音（吉井怜）が目を覚ますと、そこは見たこともない工場の様な閉鎖空間だった。
朦朧としながら記憶を辿ると、鬼頭財閥研究所での死闘や、懐かしい父の姿が浮かんでくる。そして、自分が突然、意識を失ったことを思い出す鈴音。恐らく何 者かに拉致され、監禁されたのだろう。この建物のどこかに本間（木下ほうか）と助手の葵も囚われているに違いない。鈴音は、同じく閉じ込められていた高哉 （高野八誠）と協力し脱出することにする。そんな二人の前に現れるメイド服を着た謎の少女（久保ユリカ）。次々と襲い来る発情した女たちや凶暴な男たち。 二人は、自分たちの仲間を救い出し、脱出を試みようとするが…。
