生物学家仓木直人（田崎敏路 饰）和女友十条小夜子（吉行由实 饰）前往亚马逊丛林探险，他们在当地抓住一种奇怪生物，虽有当地巫师的警告，但混乱中奇怪生物仍然进入小夜子的体内。她从此成为怪物的傀儡。
