As a former pupil of Hokusai, Chiyo, an ukiyoe artist, has been in further training on her own while travelling the country with her husband, Shinosuke. One day, they meet a married couple, Kiyoko and Yasuke, and come to know that their sex life isn’t satisfactory. Chiyo comes up with idea to help them. This is a much talked- about film that aggressively depicts the sensual world through the eyes of a female ukiyoe artist.
故事发生在日本江户时期,那个年代非常流行夫妻交换,并且将交换的行为画下来保存!一对住在深山中的夫妻山根太郎和泉子,由于妻子性爱到高潮时,会忍不住 咬东西.在一次性爱中将丈夫的性器咬伤,导致丈夫不举!一天,一对云游的画家夫妻到此,发现山根太郎!于是经过一翻沟通,来到山根家中!谁知道,原来这对 画家夫妻到处云游就是为了夫妻交换,而且还帮对方作画留下!画家夫妻经过沟通,想和山根夫妻进行交换,并且为他们做一副画!可是山根确一直不答应,到后面 他们才发现,原来山根的身体有暗疾!但由于泉子的寂寞难耐,山根无法忍受.于是便答应了他们的要求!可没想到的事,山根竟然在这期间,恢复了男人的本色, 并且还和画家的妻子….
